Something about this movie did not sit well with me. I can't really place it. But, it almost seemed like the poor man's version of Inception minus the great actors, mind bending plot, and great score. I would rate it fair at best. I can only suggest it as a rental with a bit of hesitation. Unfortunately, I think Matt Damon is type cast in my mind as master spy Jason Bourne. Damon really needs more dynamic roles like that of the Informant or True Grit. All in all, watch the movie but don't expect anything above the norm.
