This is extremely big news for us Michiganders. It has just been announced that Transformers 4 will be shooting in Detroit. And hold it with the jokes.Detroit has been host to many great films over the past ten years but sadly our wonderful governor decided to cut a big portion of our incentive program. Well, fortunately for us, Michael Bay has just been approved to bring Optimus and his gang of Autobots back to our state for another brutal battle with the unruly Decepticons.
The film has just scored a $20 million incentive from the Michigan Film Office that will help fund the project and will put roughly 400 Michigan residents back to work. This is great news and I'm glad to hear something good is happening for our film workers!!!
