News: Guess What Chickenf**kers!! Super Troopers 2 Has Officially Begun Filming

Broken Lizard has posted a photo on their Facebook page confirming that filming for Super Troopers 2 officially began yesterday. This is big news for the excited and devoted fans that contributed around $4.4 million to their Indiegogo funding campaign, more than double of both the campaigns expectations and the first picture's production budget.

The original came out almost fifteen years ago and performed well when released to DVD, becoming a veritable modern cult classic. Many people would include it in a list of some of the best comedies ever released. Hopefully there are tons of hijinks from the crazy group of mustached state troopers, including some syrup chugging and a naked Farva.
