Images: Margot Robbie Transformed For Her Role As Tonya Harding In New Set Photos

Margot Robbie has drastically changed her appearance to portray Tonya Harding.

TMZ has released photos of her on the set of the Tonya Harding biopic, where she is set to portray former ice skating star. While she does look drastically different, it appears to be more make up and padding as opposed to a true physical alteration. That may not be one hundred percent true, but that's what it looks like.

She is set to play Harding, who was set to compete in the 1994 Olympic Games against Nancy Kerrigan. Things got weird when her husband and a pair of thugs where hired to break Kerrigan's leg. They all got caught and her husband Jeff Gillooly accepted a plea deal in exchange for testimony against Harding.

It is being directed by Craig Gillespie (Lars and the Real Girl) and was written by Steven Rogers, who apparently did "extensive interviews with both Harding and Gillooly, capturing the absurdity of what happened but also the tragic part of the Harding saga, and trying to come from nothing to prominence in a sport where most of the competitors are the children of wealthy families that can afford all the ice time and trainers needed to get to that high of a level."
