This is a trailer for the Russian fantasy film The Last Vampire Princess.
The official Russian title is Nochnye Strazhi and it had been going by the English title of Guardians of the Night. It was directed by Emilis Velyvis and stars Ivan Yankovskiy, Leonid Yarmolnik, and Lyubov Aksyonova. There is no official US release date at this time, but it was released in Russia on Blu-ray in November. The absolutely atrocious dubbing is distracting when trying to watch this trailer and transports you back to 1995, when every foreign film was dubbed into English.
