Chris Pine and Ben Foster are set to reunite with Hell or High Water director David Mackenzie on Outlaw King.
First reported by THR, the film is a period epic about Robert the Bruce (Robert I). Robert the Bruce was the king of the Scots who led the country to freedom over England during the 14th century. Pine would play the Scottish king, while Foster would portray his loyal aide James Douglas. Mackenzie wrote the script and Netflix will be releasing the film. It is set to begin filming in Scotland in August.
