This is a new video from Media Broz that takes a look at the Marvel comic book characters Cloak & Dagger. There will be a new TV show devoted two these characters and a trailer was recently released, so this is the perfect opportunity to learn about these characters.
The show is about two teens Tandy Bowen (Olivia Holt) and Tyrone Johnson (Aubrey Joseph), who learn about their newly acquired superhero powers while also falling in love with each other. Joe Pokaski (Underground, Heroes) is serving as the showrunner and executive producer, with Jeph Loeb (Marvel’s Luke Cage, Marvel’s Iron Fist), also serving as a producer. Gina Prince-Bythewood (Love & Basketball) directed the first episode. It also stars Andrea Roth (Rescue Me, Blue Bloods), Gloria Reuben (ER, Mr. Robot), Miles Mussenden (Bloodline, Queen Sugar), Carl Lundstedt (Grey’s Anatomy, Conviction), James Saito (Life of Pi, The Devil’s Advocate), and J.D. Evermore (True Detective, The Walking Dead). It will be available on Freeform sometime in 2018. Check out the video below.
