These are the on-set images for the upcoming The Predator film, which is currently in production.
Several new photos from the film were released on Instagram. The first two photos were taken are from cinematographer Larry Fong and show Trevante Rhodes and Augusto Aguilera in character. The third photo was taken by set photographer Jarrod Au and show off the first look at the film's Predators, which are supposed to be the Yautja race in armor. What is interesting is that they seem to be assisting Keegan-Michael Key and Trevante Rhodes group.
It is being helmed by Shane Black from a script that was co-written by Black and Fred Dekker. The cast includes Logan‘s Boyd Holbrook , Olivia Munn , Moonlight‘s Trevante Rhodes , Yvonne Strahovski , Jacob Tremblay , Keegan Michael-Key, Alfie Allen, Thomas Jane, Edward James Olmos, among others. Black has described most of the group as “stone cold killers with some serious acting chops… but which of them will be chopped…,” signifying that most of them will meet an untimely and gory ending. The release date was recently moved from February 9, 2018 to August 3, 2018.
