News: Terry Gilliam Finally Completes Don Quixote

After years and years of turmoil, cancellations, and disasters, Director Terry Gilliam has finally completed work on his long gestating project, The Man Who Killed Don Quixote

He has tried to make the film 8 times now with numerous failed attempts due to on set crises, budgeting issues, and the studio ultimately pulling the plug on the feature. Gilliam initially started on the feature nearly two decades ago with Jean Rochforte and Johnny Depp in leading roles. When catastrophe struck that destroyed equipment and numerous sets, Gilliam's project was scrapped and became the subject of a documentary, Lost in La Mancha.

Finally, the movie is complete with Adam Driver, Olga Kurylenko and Stellan Skarsgard, all in lead roles. Visionary director Gilliam recently updated his Facebook page stating that the film will finally see the light of day with a release date still pending.
