It is a return to the Bad Moms franchise, this time with a holiday themed movie. After the financial success of the 2016 surprise hit comedy, everyone returns for some Christmas shenanigans. It was written and directed by returning franchise co-creators Jon Lucas and Scott Moore, with Mila Kunis, Kristen Bell, and Kathryn Hahn also returning, and Susan Sarandon, Cheryl Hines, and Christine Baranski coming on board as the three main characters mothers.
