There was a decent amount of news to come out of the D23 Expo in regards to Tim Burton's live-action adaptation of Dumbo. The cast was confirmed, a plot synopsis was released, and a life-size Dumbo prop was shown on stage. The cast includes Colin Farrell, Michael Keaton, Danny DeVito, and Eva Green, Nico Parker, Finley Hobbins, Roshan Seth, DeObia Oparei, Sharon Rooney and Douglas Reith.
