With Wonder Woman being a major box office success, it's not doubt that WB wants to get Batgirl into theaters as soon as possible. Joss Whedon's movie was announced back during the winter with no potential stars listed. Today, numerous sources are citing a short list that has been leaked. Apparently, Katherine Langford is their number one choice to take on the character with Elle Fanning and Jane Levy also near the top spot. Honestly, everyone that's included in this list would do a great job playing Batgirl.
Personally, I think Naomi Scott from the recent Power Rangers movie would be an excellent pick as she's not as well known as some of these in the list.
