Blomkamp and Oats Studios have partnered with Unity Technologies to direct the next installments of the ADAM franchise. It is the first of two films that Blomkamp will do for Unity, with ADAM: The Prophet coming out sometime later this year. The first ADAM short film was released in 2016. Unity Technologies is the creator of the world's most popular creation engine, with the ADAM short films being used to demonstrate the technical abilities and innovations that Unity is capable of.
