Up until now, all that we really knew about Quentin Tarantino’s next movie, currently being called #9, was that It somehow centered around Charles Manson and the Sharon Tate murders, with A-listers Brad Pitt, Margot Robbie, and Jennifer Lawrence possibly involved. As reported by Indiewire, he clarified at a brunch for The Beguiled, saying that:
“It’s not Charles Manson, it’s 1969.”
So the drama is set in Los Angeles in the late ‘60s and is being compared to Pulp Fiction, with Manson and Sharon Tate fitting into one of the stories. Tarantino recently had pitch meetings with five major studios, seeking a worldwide distribution deal. The cast is rumored to include Margot Robbie as Sharon Tate, Brad Pitt, Samuel L.
