The Guillermo del Toro produced Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark, is about to go into production. Although it was originally slated to be directed by del Toro, he unfortunately stepped down, now Andre Orvedal, best know for Troll Hunter and The Autopsy of Jane Doe, takes the reigns.
We found out from del Toro that in a couple of days production starts up in Toronto. The film has been described as "The thriller follows a group of young teens who must solve the mystery surrounding sudden and macabre deaths in their small town.".
