The casting for the next Rambo movie is ramping up. While Stallone is busy getting physically fit for the next entry in the gun toting, exploding arrow, flesh tearing saga, the movie just got its female presence. Actress Paz Vega has signed on to star as Carmen Delgado, a reporter that covers the Mexican drug trade. She will be a key player in the movie and an ally for the aging Rambo. For a while now, we've known that Rambo would be taking on the cartels this time around when a family member is taken hostage. We imagine Paz's character will be a central player much like Julie Benz in the 2008 sequel.
The Spanish actress has a massive resume behind her and will definitely foot the bill in a dramatic sense.
