Winding up for their July 23rd debut, Mattel has released images for the new toy line to accompany the upcoming Netflix series 'Masters of the Universe: Revelation' from director Kevin Smith. The first wave has more villains than heroes but gives a pretty good scope of what to expect from this new iteration.

The Masterverse Core first wave has He-Man, Skeletor, Evil-Lyn, and Moss Man. These are in the 7 inch scale, making them stand a bit taller than Marvel Legends or Star Wars: The Black Series figures. Each figure comes with a secondary set of hands. He-Man will come with the Power Sword and shield, Skeletor with his Havoc staff, and Evil-Lyn comes with her mystical rod-staff with a bonus secondary portrait for an un-helmeted look. The now un-flocked Moss Man comes with branch-like accessories to swap out with his two sets of hands. The Masterverse Skelegod is a 9 inch action figure with another pair of hands, weapon, and flame accessories. To round out this first wave is a 14 inch long Battlecat with removable armor and saddle, revealing his alter ego of Cringer.

Masters of the Universe has been present on toy shelves over the past year with an updated classics line with better articulation as well as a crossover line with the WWE, styling the stars of wrestling as characters from Eternia. This new Masterverse line should hit shelves around June 15th of 2021 at most major retailers, with the promise of more figures arriving later in the fall.
