News: Emilia Clarke Bails On Terminator Sequels

The rebooted Sarah Connor is no more.

No.
After the disappointing returns of Terminator Genisys, Emilia Clarke says she's done playing robots with Arnold. Due to lack of interest in the new spin on the classic Terminator tale mangled with way too many CGI effects and loosely dangling time travel plot holes, the film was a box office disaster for the studio and left little to be desired from the franchise. While Schwarzenegger is still on board to come back for more films in the series, Clarke says she's already done and has no interest in coming back for more battles against the Terminators

When asked if she'd be returning to another sequel, she answered bluntly, "No. Can I say that? It's okay. No. Uh-uh. But I have some very different roles coming up."

Honestly, I'm sure no one is surprised. With her star still shining on Game of Thrones and many new projects coming up, she may be smart to stray far away from wherever they choose to go with this thing. Considering the fan outcry against Genisys and the studio losing millions of dollars on that feature, this is just another notch against a sixth movie.

I guess she's become self aware.
