It's called Peeled: The Potato Resurrection and unfortunately this is just a trailer for a fictitious horror film. It was written and produced by Katrina Naficy. The cinematographer, director, and editor was Nick Massey. Maybe if it gets enough buzz, they will try to make a full length feature version of this. Check it out below.
