It was part of an Indiegogo campaign and was directed by Rob Simmons and stars Macleod Andrews, Evan Dumouchel and Joshua Thies. There is no official release date at this time, but their Facebook page does say that they plan on releasing it to the campaign supporters shortly. Check out the synopsis and trailer below.
