Today we were provided with the first photo of the new Doctor Who Jodie Whittaker, courtesy of the Doctor Who Official Twiter page. She is the first female to play the role and will be taking over for Peter Capaldi, who was the 12th Doctor. The new season will air in Fall 2018 on BBC America. The rest of the cast includes Bradley Walsh, Tosin Cole, Mandip Gill and Sharon D. Clarke.
