TV News: Swamp Thing May Start Shooting This Fall

Numerous reports are hitting the web that the DC Streaming series based on Swamp Thing will be going into production as early as this fall. Filming is set to take place in North Carolina on the show that will be produced by James Wan. Omega Underground posted today that show runners Mark Verheidan and Gary Dauberman are currently in the process of casting their main players and that they're moving at a frenetic pace trying to get it in front of cameras as summer comes to a close. They're moving production to North Carolina as to avoid the hectic areas like Atlanta or other popular places to shoot. The show is apparently set to premiere some time in 2019.

DC is launching its very own streaming service that will host a brand new content based on their existing characters.
