The original Men in Black hit cinemas way back in 1997. The film was a global phenomenon that went on to spawn two highly successful sequels starring Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones.
Now, it looks like the franchise is getting a reboot in the form of a spinoff that's going to have an absolutely amazing cast. Set to be released on June 14, 2019, the wheels are officially turning on finally getting this project off the ground. This has been discussed for the past couple years but nothing ever came of it. Now, Sony is readying the brand new version that will star none other than Chris Hemsworth, Tessa Thompson, Liam Neeson, Rebecca Ferguson and Emma Thompson. F. Gary Gray is set to take over directorial duties on the long gestating project.
