Over the years, there have been many Star Wars fan films. Many have been great. This latest one Odyssey is a perfect specimen of how closely a smaller budgeted short feature can match both the aesthetic and tone of the movies. Locked in with a great script and visuals that look pretty damn amazing, this new fan made project really gets it right. Using similar battle sequences to Rogue One and copping much of the forest battle feel of Return of the Jedi, Odyssey is definitely one of the better ones we've seen.
