Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom shattered box office records and expanded the Jurassic universe in unexpected ways, setting up for what will sure be a memorable finale. As you might remember, that film came out over a year ago and we have been waiting to see what exactly the plan is for the upcoming three-quel. And now, we have an idea of what is going on.
At a Collider fan screening of the original Jurassic World held yesterday evening, director Colin Trevorrow announced that the stars of the original Jurassic Park, Sam Neill, Laura Dern, and Jeff Goldblum, will be returning for this next film. Not only are they back, but apparently in sizable roles as well which is a relief for us fans. As you all might remember, Goldblum returned briefly in the last installment in what was essentially a glorified cameo and we haven't even seen Sam Neill or Laura Dern in these movies since 2001!
As for what these trio and the other cast members of the Jurassic World films will be doing in this movie and just what this movie will be about? We don't know, the movie comes out on June 11, 2021! Our sources are telling us that those details are encased in amber but we will keep you updated.
