A new Ghost in the Shell series hits Netflix in April. They've recently released a new batch of images that were posted via Twitter. The latest iteration of the GITS brand is directed by Shinji Aramaki and Kenji Kamiyama with character design by Ilya Kuvshinov. It falls under the Netflix animation banner that also houses Transformers: War For Cybertron. This will be another adaptation of the manga by Shirow Masamune that will further expand on Major and her adventures.
Although it hits the streaming service next month, no official date has been announced. Some new still were tweeted that give us an inside look at the new series.
