Galactic News: Vader Immortal Announced For PS4 VR, Coming This Summer!

This May the 4th is gearing up to be a great day for Star Wars fans across the globe. More news is breaking that the VR game, Vader Immortal will now be transitioning over to the Sony Playstation 4 VR platform. Initially released for Oculus, the three chapter story was a huge hit that puts people inside the Star Wars galaxy. There are many chilling moments where the player is one on one with the Sith Lord. Recreating the worlds and vibe of the film series is no easy feat, but the game really captures the essence of the original Lucas creation.

Now it's been announced by ILMxLab that Vader Immortal will be hitting the Playstation this summer and will be sold as one package instead of three parts like it is on the Oculus. Mark Miller, executive creative producer, had this to say:

“We are very excited to be partnering with Sony Interactive Entertainment to bring Vader Immortal to PlayStation VR. I never get tired of watching people react to Darth Vader approaching them, following them with his gaze and speaking directly to them. We can’t wait to share this experience with a broader audience.”

Vader Immortal allows players inside the virtual worlds of Star Wars, kicking off on the fiery planet of Mustafar, the player's journey sees you working directly with Vader on a new adventure. The visuals, themes, and music is all there to create a perfect immersion inside the story we all know and love so much.
