News From The Apocalypse: Fallout TV Show Being Developed for Amazon by Westworld Creators

For several years, fans of the famous Fallout video game series have been clamoring for a television of their favorite adventure. Now it looks like they're finally getting it under the direction of Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy. The creators behind HBO's Westworld series are in the early stages of developing a brand new original show for Amazon's Prime streaming service. Based on the games and multiple sequels and spin-offs, the pair are currently working together to bring the show to series on the digital platform. The two worked together on creating a series for HBO out of Michael Crichton's Westworld story.

The TV show will be produced through their Kilter Films label along with Bethesda and will follow the themes of the games very closely. The series will bring the '40s aesthetic in a post nuclear war world of 2077. Considering how popular the game series is, this will no doubt be a huge hit for Amazon when it finally hits the bandwidth.

We'll update as we hear more about the series.
