Coming Soon: Tenet Sets International Release Schedule

It's that time again where we finally have a piece of news that isn't about something getting delayed by the Covid-19 crisis. While everything else is slowly starting to reopen, studios are developing and looking into whatever they can make when things get back to normal again. Yep, these stories will keep happening as the world tries to return to normal. Today, we got a look into what the roll out for Christopher Nolan's Tenet will be.

Last week, we reported that Christopher Nolan's Tenet will be having a bigger international roll out than the limited roll out set to happen in the States. It was unclear at the time whether or not China would be apart of it. Now, we know they will be. China will be getting Tenet on September 4th, one day after the initial limited launch of Tenet here in the states.

A week prior to the release in China, Inception will be celebrating it’s tenth anniversary with a theatrical re-release. Given that the re-release of Interstellar set the biggest single day gross since the start of the pandemic, we can imagine these two releases will be very big for Warner Brothers.

Hopefully, these releases will happen in the safest way possible. We understand Nolan wants to save theaters and we agree. We also don’t want to die for a ten year old movie. Wear a mask and let’s hope this and Tenet get a drive in release too.
