Streaming Outbreak: Disney's Live Action Mulan To Premiere on Disney+

The cinematic world has been in upheaval since the dreaded coronavirus began wreaking havoc on all forms of entertainment. Now, Disney's worst nightmares are coming true. Their massive budgeted Mulan has been moved from a future theatrical release to their Disney+ streaming service. With over 60.5 million subscribers, the outlet has finally decided to give the hero her due in the form of their paid membership service. Sadly, this doesn't bode well for many other major big budget movies that have been in flux since the shutdowns have been happening. It was just announced today that the movie would be removed from the cinematic slate permanently and will release on the streaming platform on September 4th, 2020 at a cost of $30.

We're not sure what this means for other movies that are being pushed around the slate with some being pushed into 2021. But this will definitely make fans of Mulan happy as they'll finally get to see the live action version of their favorite female hero. We'll update as we hear more!
