The Beast is Fierce: Beastmaster 4K Release Arrives in November

The '80s were an amazing decade that definitely brought some great sword and sorcery films to the cinema. One of those movies was the classic Beastmaster starring Marc Singer as a man that could communicate with beasts big and small. '80s starlet Tanya Roberts, Rip Torn, and John Amos also starred.

It's now been announced that Don Coscarelli's retro classic will get a full 4K re-release in a brand new set right in time for the holidays. The cheesy adventure flick will finally have a proper home video release that will allow those that grew up during that era to experience the film again and will also let us share this long last franchise with our families. Here are a few details about the set:

  • NEW 4K RESTORATION OF THE FILM FROM A 35MM INTERPOSITIVE
  • HDR PRESENTATION OF THE FILM (Blu-ray copy included)
  • Limited edition VSU magnet clasp hard case containing a Slipcover and a 40-page bound book
