It's that time again where we finally have a piece of news that isn't about something getting delayed by the Covid-19 crisis. While everything else is slowly starting to reopen, studios are developing and looking into whatever they can make when things get back to normal again. Yep, these stories will keep happening as the world tries to return to normal. This time, it's a big one. There is way more Kingsman movies coming your way. If all goes to plan...a lot more.
The plan is for at least seven more cinematic Kingsman adventures and a television series, according to CEO of Marv Films, Zygi Kamasa. Marv Films has produced the first two installments of the series and it looks like they will continue to be involved with the franchise. Given the fact the films were huge earners for Marv Films and the late great Twentieth Century Fox, it isn't entirely surprising to expect a sequel or spinoff or two but I'm sure no one was expecting seven more films and a TV series.
The next installment of the series, The King's Man, is set to hit theaters in February of 2021. This long delayed prequel film film will introduce us to the founders of the Kingsman organization and how they came to be. It will also set up plotlines for Kingsman 3. There is no word when that film will come out or start production but we imagine it will be sooner rather than later if Matthew Vaughn wants to make at least five more of these and a TV Show in his lifetime.
