Revenge of the Sith: Ray Park May Return as Darth Maul in Obi-Wan Series

While Star Wars fans are still discussing last week's news of Gina Carano being fired from The Mandalorian, other positive things are happening in the galaxy far, far away. Setting all politics aside, it looks like Ray Park will officially return to the series in an appearance on the upcoming Obi-Wan limited run show on Disney+. Nothing has been officially confirmed by the production, but Park has taken to social media numerous times over the past couple days with a couple teases about his comeback as Darth Maul.

Maul was seemingly killed in The Phantom Menace but has returned in the comics and the animated series to fight again. This is quickly becoming the norm with Star Wars as Boba Fett was seemingly dead as well, but was brought back in the comic books then made a fresh appearance on The Mandalorian season 2 and is now getting his own series. Park obviously loves being Darth Maul and is still in pristine physical condition to play the character again. Sam Witwer last voiced Maul in Solo: A Star Wars Story as a CGI character. This will be the first live action appearance of Maul since Episode I.

Along with Maul's return to Star Wars, there's also been talk that Vader will also be in the Kenobi limited run event series.
