Raised By Wolves: HBO Max Science Fiction Series Begins Filming Season Two

Although its season two was announced way back in September, the HBO Max original science fiction series from Ridley Scott has finally begun filming. After a great critical response and a solid response from its audience, the streaming outlet was quick to renew the show just a couple weeks after it began airing. Actor Abubakar Salim, who plays Father, took to social media today to announce that they were finally in the production phase of the upcoming second set of episodes. The show which is produced by Ridley Scott's production house Scott Free bears a strong visual resemblance to his Prometheus and Covenant films in the Alien saga. 

The series follows a pair of androids who must protect a sect of children from a colony of religious cultists on an alien planet. 

With the announcement of filming, we still don't have an official release date for the second season quite yet. But will hopefully have more news in the coming days. Here's what Salim posted to Twitter today:
