This Is Mortal Kombat: Sub-Zero Star Reveals Five Movie Contract with WB

The studio behind Mortal Kombat is surely expecting their upcoming reboot movie to be a hit. With early word claiming that the film is going to amaze fans and the first several minutes of the movie already in circulation, they're gearing up for the relaunch to assist in getting people back to theaters. It should continue to the job that Godzilla vs. Kong already started as people are very excited to see where this video game translation might go. Now some good news has hit the internet tonight that is more telling. They obviously thing the movie is going to be box office gold. 

Actor Joe Taslim who portrays Sub-Zero in the reboot says that he's signed a 5 movie, multi-year contract that will keep him coming back for more Kombat. The latest film already has an R rating which will keep fans happy and will hit HBO Max and a cinematic release at the same time. When speaking with Variety, Taslim said that the studio has him contracted for 4 more films as long as this one does well and produces some great revenue. 

It was wise idea on their part to sign him to a multi-picture deal so they don't end up in the same predicament as their last Mortal Kombat movies, where actors were interchanged between sequels.
