As the Snake Eyes movie is being prepped for home video release after a lackluster box office and toy collectors are still trying to get their hands on the latest G.I. Joe Classified figures from Hasbro, there is a lot of G.I. Joe content for fans to chew on. The battle never stops. Renegade Studios has announced that G.I Joe will be one of three Hasbro properties receiving a Dungeons and Dragons style roleplaying game.

The new game allows players to make their own G.I. Joe character by choosing their origin, personal traits, and role within the G.I. Joe organization. The game comes at launch with a rulebook that contains an introductory adventure and everything else players need to hop into the world of G.I. Joe. Not to be outdone, Renegade plans to release several accessories to accompany the game. This includes things such as a customized dice set featuring the G.I. Joe logo, a dice bag, and a separate 32-page adventure titled The Emerald Oubliette for players who have completed the introductory adventure. It seems like this will be a lot of fun for fans old and new.

The other two Hasbro properties that will be receiving a roleplaying game are Transformers and Power Rangers. No specific release date has been announced but it's expected to come out in late 2021 or early 2022. Pre-orders are available now at Renegade's website.
