In October of last year, pre-orders went up for the first figures and vehicle from McFarlane Toys DC Multiverse line for ‘The Batman’ film with Catwoman, The Riddler, The Batman, and his Batcycle. Earlier this month we also got the reveals of the sold separately Bruce Wayne figure and Drifter Motorcycle. Ramping up to the March 4th release of the film in theaters, McFarlane Toys dropped pre-orders for two new 12-inch statues and three 7-inch action figures.

Starting with the statues, The Batman and The Riddler are highly detailed, and each come with a character card and themed base. The Batman is portrayed in a ‘ready for action’ pose brandishing a Batarang in his right hand and a brick roof base. The Riddler statue will have the villain holding an ice picker and standing defiantly with a wooden plank floor base. Both cards included with the statues will have photography of the figure on the front and a character biography on the reverse side.

The DC Multiverse 7-inch figures give us the other clear villain in the form of The Penguin and unmasked versions of tenuous allies, The Batman and Catwoman. The Penguin will come with two interchangeable hands, up to 22 moving parts for posing possibilities, and a detailed head sculpt of Colin Farrell’s portrayal of The Penguin. The Unmasked Batman and Unmasked Catwoman figures are both variants of their earlier announced releases. Both with identical body sculpts and articulation, this time with their faces revealed. The Batman showing off his dark eye makeup with furled cowl along the back of the figures neck. Instead of the grappling hook the first figure comes with, the unmasked variant will have a Batarang. Similarly, Catwoman has her hood pulled above her face and instead of an extended whip, this version will have it curled in a loop.

Each statue retails for $41.99 USD and the action figures for $19.99 USD, all should arrive in March of 2022. Vengeance is on its way…
