Former 24, House of Wax and Girl Next Door star Elisha Cuthbert is making a return to horror in the new film, The Cellar. The film is being released by RLJE Films in conjunction with Shudder. It will hit limited theaters and Shudder streaming on April 15th and will be her third starring role in the horror genre which includes the previously mentioned House of Wax and 2007's torture film, Captivity. Cuthbert hasn't been on the film scene much lately as she's been working on more television in shows like Happy Endings and The Ranch. Watch the trailer below for her starring role in The Cellar!

Keira Woods’ (Elisha Cuthbert) daughter mysteriously vanishes in the cellar of their new house. She soon discovers there is an ancient and powerful entity controlling their home that she will have to face or risk losing her family’s souls forever.
