Movie theaters continue to ramp back up as Matt Reeves' The Batman scored another huge weekend. The 3 hour gothic detective flick wrangled another $66 million in revenue this weekend despite seeing a 51 percent drop off overall. This is usually expected though. Second weekends barely ever match the opening tally. This puts the film at roughly $238.5 million in the U.S. alone. It also collected another $66 million abroad which brings its worldwide total to $463 million already. To say the film is a major success for WB would be a vast understatement. It's performing very well as the pandemic seems to be waning and folks are seriously ready to get back to normalcy.

Uncharted continues its run in second place with another $9.25 million which brings its domestic total to $113 million, bringing its worldwide gross to somewhere around $301 million. BTS Permission to Dance took the number 3 slot while Dog and Spider-Man: No Way Home filled out the fourth and fifth notches for the weekend.
