Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man: 2002 Danny Elfman Score Coming To Limited Edition Vinyl

After 20 long years, the score from Sam Raimi's 2002 Spider-Man live action movie is getting a vinyl release. As one of the precursors to the current comic book movie era and still considered to be a classic, the original Spider-Man helped change the way we see movies. Now, two decades later, the original score will be getting a vinyl release care of Sony Music Soundtracks. The pressing will be limited to 5000 individually numbered copies. The Danny Elfman score will also be available in limited gold and silver variant copies. This announcement comes hot on the heels of this week's release of Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness in theaters which is also directed by Raimi and scored by Danny Elfman.

The announcement was made yesterday via Twitter. The two also paired on Spider-Man 2. Elfman is obviously well known for scoring dozens of major films including the original Tim Burton Batman film.

The vinyl set is now available for pre-order at the Twitter link below.
