Just a few weeks ago it was announced that Tron would be getting a third movie and would complete a trilogy. Now, it looks as though Disney is looking to fully reinvigorate the franchise as they also have a new video game coming out that will once again bring the world of Tron back into our homes. The new game titled Tron: Identity will be released in April 2023. The game is set to appear on all major platforms including Playstation, Xbox, Nintendo and PC. It will also be released on Steam.
While there are no major details about the game quite yet, it's said to be a "narrative puzzle adventure" with players dealing with a "perilous world". According to its Steam listing, Tron:Identity will be a visual novel adventure that will return users to a new expansion of the Grid. Minor details hint towards it being a detective based story as well.
