We All Die in the Dark: The Outwaters To Hit Streaming This Weekend

The recent found footage horror freak out, The Outwaters will be making a quick premiere on streaming services this coming weekend after a short run in theaters. Mixing the style of the Blair Witch Project with a devilish undercurrent, the movie is a long tailspin into death filmed through handheld cameras. It's an all out assault on the senses as much of the movie is filmed via flashlight, full on shaky cam, and many scenes take place in a loop or upside down.

The movie follows a group of four musicians and filmmakers into the Mojave desert where everything comes unhinged as their senses are assaulted by a strange series of events and their ultimate undoing. Taking themes from Event Horizon, this is one that may not sit well with all viewers as it is hard to watch due to continuous movement and pacing.

The film which released to theaters last weekend to  mixed reviews will be hitting the Bloody Disgusting streaming service, Screambox on February 17th. It will also be hitting most other VOD services the same day for rental!!!
